| Article | BRIDGEWATER, MASS.— Bona US, the North American subsidiary of Swedish Bona AB, recently celebrated the grand opening of its new training facility, Bona Northeast Regional Training Center, here. More than 60 people were in attendance at the 2,500-square-foot facility, which features 950 square feet of continuous wood flooring consisting of nine different hardwood species. “Devoting our efforts to constantly expanding our education is extremely important in our industry,” said Chad Nordhagen, director of marketing and product management. “We are very excited to be able to invest in this facility to aid in more education to our business-partners and customers.” The complex will afford Northeast contractors and distributors the opportunity to learn more about the hardwood industry and Bona products and practices. Seminars held here will include comprehensive classes and hands-on training in sanding and floor preparation, staining, sealing and finishing, troubleshooting, government and industry regulations, sales and customer relations and the use of Bona’s quality finishing systems and cleaning products, Nordhagen noted.
