Article DALTON—As more than 4,300 Bliss displays have been shipped to dealers from Spokane to Buffalo since the brand’s introduction in late-January, the tempo of support training has intensified here.

Recently, Patricia Flavin, senior vice president of marketing for Beaulieu of America, conducted Bliss training sessions for all of the mill’s 185 internal sales staff, call center operators and finance department team members. Associates were given a thorough briefing on the Bliss promise and how it translates to enhanced service for dealers and their customers.

“This is another part of our on-going commitment to provide the best carpet buying experience in the industry and to be the supplier and employer of choice,” Flavin noted. “It’s not enough to say you’re good— everyone’s got to deliver.”
