Article DALTON GA, June 16, 2008— As more than 4,300 Bliss displays are shipped to dealers from Spokane to Buffalo since the brand’s introduction in late-January, the tempo of support training has intensified in Dalton. Last week, Patricia Flavin, Sr. VP Marketing, conducted Bliss training sessions for all of Beaulieu’s 185 internal sales staff, call center operators and finance department team members.

Associates were given a thorough briefing on the Bliss promise and how that translates to enhanced service for dealers and their customers. Attendees became official “Blisses” complete with a bag full of blissful treats.

“This is another part of our on-going commitment to provide the best carpet buying experience in the industry and to be the supplier and employer of choice,” remarked Flavin. “It’s not enough to say you’re good – everyone’s got to deliver.”

Ms. Flavin also announced that the brand’s new website is about to go live and will provide, when combined with Beaulieu’s internal Bliss support team, an even greater level of customer service.
