| Article | UFLOOR Systems, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the Uzin-Utz Group, Germany’s premier manufacturer of high quality systems for all floor covering applications, introduces a combination of Pallmann brand, water-based bonding, sealing and finishing products for the high-speed installation of wood flooring, comprised of Pall-X Kitt, Pall-X 325 and Pall-X 96. UFLOOR Systems now recommends this specific combination to fill joints, seal and finish floors all in one day. By combining the bonding elements of Pall-X Kitt, the Pall-X 325 spotless optical sealing affect, and the rapid drying finish, Pall-X 96, installers now have a time and labor saving solution for the surface treatment of wood flooring. Pall-X Kitt provides a user-friendly, easy application due to its fast joint filling capabilities. The sealer, Pall-X 325, is ready to use with good filling capacity and a one hour dry time, preparing the floors for the high abrasion resistance of the Pall-X 96 finish. This water-based one-component wood floor finish can then be applied for a clear, natural, colorless finish for heavy wear wood flooring. Each product is composed of a maximum VOC level of 250, allowing for a more neutral odor than solvent-based products.
