| Article | Augusta, Ga.—“Specialty retailers have become aware of the need to propose a selection of eco-friendly flooring products to a growing responsible clientele,” said Deborah Hardin, vice president of sales at Natural Cork and More. “Our cork and bamboo lines are often what comprise the green section in our retail partners’ stores, and to increase the offering, we’ve developed a comprehensive concept to expand on these categories. “Retailers will now be able to showcase collections of linoleum floating floors, cork floating floors, an extensive bamboo collection and an FSC mixed collection of hardwoods, all combined in a single display,” she explained. “By joining this program, dealers will be provided close support and will be able to qualify for a series of incentives. It is also a definite advantage for the retailer to be able to interact with a single supplier for the hard surfaces green category.” The Green Island Tower only requires a 6 x 6 space in the store to showcase 22 cork references, eight linoleum references, 33 bamboo references and 10 engineered wood references. “The display will be aggressively priced and fully rebatable for our existing customers,” Hardin said. In addition, Natural Cork will introduce a stand-alone cork collection made of large tiles and narrow planks. For more, call 706.733.6120. |
