The site, www.rfms.com, is designed to be a one-stop site for flooring dealers and includes a wealth of flooring specific information for both users and non-users of the software. RFMS president Terry Wheat said, “We have always taken customer care very seriously, talking and listening and taking their views into consideration when developing our software products, including our new Web site.
