| Article | Dalton—A new, specially formulated adhesive from Advanced Adhesive Technologies makes quick work of problem areas that can occur in wood flooring installations and works without the expensive dispensing equipment required by similar systems, according to the company. AAT’s Advanced Poxyfill Wood Floor Repair Kit contains everything needed to easily correct “popping” and “hollow” spots, filling voids in subfloors that don’t meet industry standards for flatness, according to Greg Wood, president. “The unique cartridge system makes effective, professional repairs without the need of specialized dispensing equipment,” he said. “And unlike water-based repair products, the Poxyfill adhesive will not expand wood flooring and can be used to repair hollow spots under engineered and solid wood flooring, including bamboo.” The kit is available through AAT’s network of distributors.
