This photo was taken at the annual Installation of Officers of the Long Island Floor Covering Club in 1980. Posing at that dinner 27 years ago were Milt Gussoff, left, of D. I. S. Carpet, Flushing, N. Y.; Sherry Reisman of Hayim & Co., and Marty Silver, legal advisor to the LIFCC. Since this photo was taken, Reisman, who was the first female member of the LIFCC and the first female to attend an installation dinner, married Silver, which is the color she changed his hair. And Silver got rid of the disguise, shaved his moustache and became a regular columnist for Floor Covering News.
