| Article | UFLOOR Systems, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the Uzin-Utz Group, Germany’s premier manufacturer of high quality systems for all floor covering applications, introduces Pall Oil, a high-solid, two-component oil for hardwood flooring. Pall Oil, a 98 percent solids content, combines natural liquid oils and waxes with a hardening component for rapid drying time. The oil-wax combination produces an open, breathing and diffusive surface finish. Due to its wax content, Pall Oil spreads easily with a roller or trowel to achieve a uniform matte, velvet-like surface. Pall Oil’s high, cross-linked density has a water and dirt repellent surface that cannot be achieved with one-component wood flooring oils. Pall Oil enhances the color and grain of the wood and is resistant to household chemicals. Pall Oil is suitable for the impregnation and surface improvement of sanded heavy-duty wood flooring, heavy-duty wood blocks and in conjunction with floor warming options.
