| Article | Ilva S.A., a leading Argentine manufacturer and exporter of ceramic and porcelain tile, has appointed Leandro Díaz Mujica to the position of export department leader at Ilva headquarters just south of Buenos Aires. In his new position, Díaz Mujica will be responsible for business development in external markets, as Ilva continues to expand market share for its high-quality ceramic and porcelain tile products in the United States and the world. Díaz Mujica, a certified public accountant, comes to Ilva from 3M Co. where he managed the accounting department, led the process of improving the administrative and commercial departments of the business, and was business development manager of the personal care division, the largest division of the subsidiary. From 1993 to 2000, Díaz Mujica worked as audit manager and business consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition to his CPA, Díaz Mujica holds a masters degree in business administration from IAE (Argentina). In his new position, Díaz Mujica will work with Javier Torres and join the existing export department crew.
