| Article | Chicago—DIY Network’s “Rock Solid” will be at Coverings 2007 filming an episode to air later this year. Dean Marsico and Derek Stearns, cousins, craftsmen and hosts of the popular stone masonry home improvement show will join thousands of retailers, designers, architects, manufacturers and industry professionals. As first-time attendees, Marsico and Stearns said they are expecting to find the newest products and trends in the market today, as well as take advantage of the great seminars available. “We are excited about the whole experience of the show—seeing all the wonderful products under one roof, and of course, networking with other professionals in the industry.” The pair will be filming with a crew throughout the four-day conference, having a meet-and-greet with fans and presenting the annual Spectrum and Prism Awards for outstanding use of tile and stone in architectural and design projects. While at the show, the team plans to maintain “Rock Solid’s” goal of advising homeowners on how to use tile and stone in their building and renovation projects. They also plan to feature any new uses for tile and stone. “Rock Solid” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on DIY Network. |
