| Article | Best Tile Distributors of New England, part of the East Coast Tile family, the largest importer of ceramic tile and stone in the Northeast, recently acquired five Boston Tile showrooms, four in Greater Boston and one in Warwick, Rhode Island, and has announced the appointment of Jacki Adams to New England residential sales manager at the Woburn, Massachusetts location. In her new position, Adams will work closely with wholesale dealers to develop new marketing materials, displays and stock programs for Best Tile. Adams comes to Best Tile from Dal-Tile International where she worked for the past 10 years in various roles, including general manager, sales service manager, regional operations manager, national credit manager and regional credit manager. As a sales management professional, Adams consistently ranked Dal-Tile in the Top 15 in Sales Volume out of 240 service centers in the US, was awarded membership for Dal-Tile in the Chairman’s Club as one of the top five service centers in 2004 and was recognized with the Operational Excellence Award in 2004. “I am thrilled to be a part of the Best Tile family,” said Jacki Adams. “I have been given the task of re-creating our residential wholesale division, which is extremely exciting. My primary goal is to establish a partnership between Best Tile and our wholesale dealers . This will be accomplished, in part, with new displays and marketing materials created to support individual dealer markets.
