Tarkett Extends Masquerade Printed Wall Base Collection
SOLON, OH, NOVEMBER 24, 2025 — Tarkett, a global leader in innovative and sustainable flooring solutions, has extended its line of Masquerade® printed wall base visuals. Part of Tarkett’s Johnsonite® family of wall base systems, Masquerade is the only printed wall base in the industry. This unique capability provides endless design possibilities and separates Johnsonite from other wall base manufacturers.

The new extended line consists of 14 all-new, terrazzo-inspired patterns, 16 wood visuals, two concrete visuals, and a painterly abstract design that further represents the detailed printing capabilities for custom orders. Each Masquerade design is digitally printed to provide crisper pattern details and longer pattern repeats. Available on 12 unique profiles across the Johnsonite Millwork and Traditional Base lines, Masquerade wall finishing borders provide the realistic aesthetic of natural materials without the extensive installation and maintenance of traditional wood and stone products—no priming, painting, grouting or finishing necessary. The borders easily conform to gentle curves and irregular surfaces.

In addition to the collection’s 33 ready-made visuals, Johnsonite’s digital printing capabilities allow Masquerade to deliver endless possibilities for customization. Existing patterns can be recolored to match a project’s specific palette, or original images, fabric swatches and more can be recreated for a completely tailored wall base.

“The refreshed Masquerade collection aligns beautifully with recent trends in commercial design, especially within luxury vinyl tile and heterogeneous sheet,” said Omoleye Simmons, vice president of design for Tarkett North America. “Plus, the customization options are a perfect solution for those difficult-to-match renovation projects—proving once again that MADE RIGHT MEANS JOHNSONITE™.”

All Johnsonite products are made in America. The Masquerade collection is FloorScore® Certified, ortho-phthalate-free and part of Tarkett’s ReStart® take-back and recycling program.
