NWFA Announces Leadership Transition as Brett Miller Departs for New Industry Role
“Brett has been an integral part of our team for more than a decade,” said Stephanie Owen, President & CEO of NWFA. “His experience, passion for the industry, and commitment to our members have helped shape many of the education programs that define NWFA today. We are deeply grateful for his service and the impact he has made.”
NWFA will be conducting a search for his replacement to ensure continued technical expertise and support for its key initiatives. During this transition, Miller will serve as a consultant, ensuring a seamless transition and allowing NWFA to continue benefiting from his deep industry knowledge.
“We’re fortunate to have someone of Brett’s caliber remain connected to NWFA,” added Owen. “His support during the transition will help ensure NWFA maintains the highest standards of technical integrity across all its initiatives.”
Reflecting on his time with the organization, Miller shared, “It has been an absolute honor to serve the NWFA and its members over the past 13 years. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a talented and dedicated team, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. The people who make up this industry (our members, volunteers, and staff) are truly the driving force behind every success we’ve achieved. Their passion and commitment have made this journey both rewarding and inspiring. While it is difficult to step away, I do so with immense gratitude and optimism for the NWFA’s continued growth and positive impact on the wood flooring community. I look forward to remaining involved and supporting this great organization for many years to come.”
NWFA extends heartfelt thanks to Brett for his 13 years of dedicated service and wishes him continued success in this next chapter of his career.
