Moreno Valley, California, May 18, 2021 - The iQ228CYCLONE® is a 7” dry cut table top tile saw specifically designed for professional tile setters and contractors. With the world’s first fully integrated dust control technology, it allows for tile to be cut inside or outside with no water. Additionally, it is lightweight and compact for easy transport to and from jobsites.

100% compliant with the new OSHA standard on respirable silica dust, the iQ228CYCLONE® was developed to eliminate problems caused by cutting with water. The saw uses a three-stage filtration system, which captures up to 99.5% of the dust. All the dust from the cutting point passes through this filtration system and is then captured in the dust tray for easy clean up. This dust tray handles up to 5 pounds before it needs to be discarded.

The new iQ228CYCLONE has the ability to produce a depth cut up to 1 1/4”... and can handle 18” rip with rolling table or 24"+ with locked table.

In addition, iQ has introduced the new TRU-CUT® System for extreme accuracy while cutting. The TRU-CUT System is an integrated measuring system that provides consistant and accurate cuts. It is designed with 1” premeasured increments across the width of the iQ228CYCLONE’s rolling table as well as presets for 45 and 22 degrees cuts. It also includes two removable fences.

One of those fences is the truly innovative iQ Micro Fence. This removable and adjustable fence allows the user to adjust each cut by 1/32 of an inch.
