seen those type warrantees a lot,,,,you do have to "hunt" but they
are there, written by the lawyers and accountants,

I didn't see that on the warranty or maintenance section of this manufactures website.

This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by:
Installation error
Accident, product misuse or product abuse, such as scratches, blows, cuts or damage caused by sand or other abrasive materials, whether caused by a contractor, a service company or a consumer
Accident, nonresidential use
Improper maintenance
Flooding, standing water or water that is trapped between the subfloor and __________ flooring
This warranty does not cover defects that are not clearly visible, such as surface wear, stains or fading less than one square inch in size.
Again, any reference to the manufacturer has been removed.
The wording of this is subject to interpretation. For instance, in reference to 'Product misuse or product abuse' this could mean chair casters damage from not using a chair pad...
