This is an update on the FloorBiz offer to publish articles written by the forum participants.
We have three currently published that have enjoyed very good exposure. The latest, written by Tammy Brown, is regarding customer service before the sale.
Be sure and check these out by clicking on the articles link on the main forum page, or in the News section.
I was checking Google to see if these had been indexed and Hugh's article on Schluter's Kerdi and Ditra is on the first page for the keyword 'Schluter System Kerdi, Ditra'.
If any of you have writing skills and would like to submit a flooring article for publication, simply send them to me for review.

If he compiled his posts for one month he would have a book!
Then if he took all of his posts from the last year we would have to get Readers Digest to condense them!

Inadvertantly spelled Schluter wrong...
Hugh's article was indexed on Google as Schulter instead of Schluter (I spelled the title wrong).
I made the correction today, so it will probably take a week for Google to re-index it as Schluter.
