Ok inspectors this is one of the many questions I ask in Tulsa. How far will you go as an inspector to come up with the right information to put in your report? Do you look and ask the right questions so your reporting is fair and honest no matter what, even if it is the one that commissoned you to look at it? I have more questions but will start with these.

Roland, The material tells me the story. Asking questions of consumers tells us very little other than are they "honest people" or not.
The evidence dictates the outcome, not the people or even the installer.
