Perhaps the people that should be sued are thew ones who built the houses and mall so close to the dumpsite. Doh
For instance here in Tucson builders go out and build houses in the fly zone off the runway at DMAFB, people buy them and then cry because there is "noise" from the military jet aircraft. Like hello....you shoulda checked it out before you buy.

Selva, We have several preparation company’s down here now some are good some not. All of them are killing each other there’s two many in a slow economy after all this is Florida.
