I know nothing about this

moister,
Just wondering if there's high moister in concrete at the time of cleaning carpet. what will happen? I ask some weird questions.

I still not sure I under stand the answer to this question.

If there is high moisture in the concrete?
If there is high moisture in the Carpet?

either way;; the only thing that may happen is the carpet will dry slower... MAYBE...

I would think there would be a difference between glue down and stretch-in over cushion.

Mold/Mildew requires Food, Temperature (60 degrees) and moisture. You can have moisture but no food and there is not growth... They need all three items to grow.

I've seen mold in both,--cushion and glue down.
