Class action law suit

I have to wonder why no attorneys get together and bring class action law suits against this industry.

There are at least several that are very probable.

Maybe someday a couple of attorneys will, when money gets scarce.

The BBB, BOOOO, they merely hide all the nonsense and should be sued first.

As a repairman, I am told so much by the consimers, --like if they complain and the co. sends a guy back out and he does just a little somethin, the consumers have no leg to stand on after that, because as far as the BBB is concerned, the business did what iot was suppossed to--by the letter of the law, so customers are forced to sue the retailers, but ya know what's funny--not really---, it costs the consumer more money to sue the retailers in court and that's the only option left to them, so most can't afford to sue.

Many other homeowners claim they are too afraid of the installers and the people that mmight finally come to the house to inspect, because those that workl for the co. are always the first ones to come-out--if the shop doesn't just keep putting off the customer time and again, until the consumer just gives-up as they so often do. Several times people have told me that the co. inspector that came out, called them crazy and blamed everyone else.

The BBB is just a ruse for business to keep a clean slate. It is the worst that can happen to the vast majority.

Thanks business, thanks governor and thanks attorney general. You prove you hate the American consumers.

There's no plan. Until the people of the US decide to take back America for the right reasons, America will keep marching down the same path.

We either do things for the right reasons or we don't and as time goes by, either it will get worse and worse or better and better.

There is no in-between.

The truth is all around us, if we care to look. Americas infrastructure is being given to big business. As soon as they have it all, there will be no more America and our children will be paying for their debts for a century to come and beyond, as long as Americans remain too afraid and too ignorant.

It seems hardly worth caring about anymore, as so many Americans have been told in all possible ways and they still don't care.

Money will work for awhile, but after that while, it won't matter.

This gov stands right out in the open as it prostitutes itself before the world.

The politicians tell you, that bush is worried about his legacy and so are all the others. Do any of you really consider just how arrogant, stupid and hateful towards all hard working Americans he is and they are?

I don't think you do.

If our gov allows for the BBB's to sheild business as they do, then one might see that they are just doing as the federal gov teaches and allows.

Unfortunately, that's my answer.

Jim, help us out here...

Jim,

I'm sorry, but i simply don't understand your post.

For there to be a lawsuit, there must be a damaged party or parties.

So in your proposal:
1. Who are the damaged parties.
2. How are they damaged?

Not important Ray, or your reading and comprehension skills would have made everything very clear.

Most smarter people claim as you do Ray.

Well Jim,, if this is political....

I believe in personal freedoms.

That means you have the right to succeed and the right to fail.
You have a right to earn and eat, and/or not earn and starve.
You have a right to work for whomever you choose, or work for those you MUST work for to earn a living....
