Dealers will be around for while because people still like to see and feel the product that is going into their home. Most people still like customer service and one on one with someone they learn to trust. I remmember when it was said that all the dist. would be gone, now some are but there are still some that are doing well. So for a retailer to last thru this down swing he needs to be honest hold margins where he needs to too make it and give the customer that wow feeling.

Dealers also need to have a cash reserve to help them weather the downturn. Or a good line of credit. I don't think it is going to be easy but yes some will make it. The reason for the thread, what are you going to do to make it?

Sorry Roger it was to be in the other tread on Retail. Yes for anyone to make it thru you will need to do cut's and be smart with your money.

Barry, you did not offend, and none taken, now, it is time for me, and with recent events in the inspection industry, more important than ever for me to wary of who I associate with,
I am still taking a few hits for a temp past associating with a none- approved association.
