Hi Stephen, and everyone else.
I'm on the retail side mostly. I run the sales dept. for a retail store in Southern Utah. I also recently started my own company that does inspections. I'm certified in carpet inspections through IICRC and just took my NWFA inspectors test last month at the Hardwood Summit in Atlanta. I think i recognize a couple names on here from guys i met there. Found out friday that i passed and need to turn in my first three reports. Yeah! So i'm just getting into this side of the industry and find everything fascinating while i try to soak up as much knowledge from you experts as i can.
I've been watching these boards for a few months now. You all seem like a close bunch but i appreciate the knowledge you all throw around. I doubt i'll be very helpful at sharing new information; more likely i'll be asking questions.

Congats on the passing of the test Scott.
Questions are good. Just watch out for that Lee character and especially the man who goes by the name of Ray.
