Hi all. I got around to writing another article on the importance of getting customer testimonials while they are hot. Even if you don't have any plans to use them right away, it's still a good idea to collect them anyway.
You always think you're going to get it later or remember to ask them and you don't. Get a few lines from your customer while they are excited and pleased about the work you just did.

Thats a great idea. Where should I keep them, in my wallet or clipboard?
