I have some from retailers holding actual licenses.
"What...you want heat? Bring your own heater" Electricity too....don' you have a generator?
Installer.....Thats not enough adhesive, I need two more buckets. Retailer.....Thats what the flat side of the trowel is for stupid.
Installer....The specs say this floor needs a moisture test.
Retailer.....It looked dry to me.
Installer......There's no floor prep on this invoice.
Retailer.....Just do it and I'll make it up to you on the next job. Besides.....if you just use extra adhesive that will fill the voids in the substrate.

Remember, that rag if for retailers only. Everything starts and ends with them.
I remember when I was working with the guys long ago out of the warehouses, always, some excuse to cheat the
installer and steal from him....withholdng money from installs, buy the prep and I will pay you back,
do the job and if anything goes wrong, I will cover it,,,gee, how many can we say?
I still remember the day one retailer got in the face of the wrong installer,,,,I can still see the blood.

Retailers with that mentality do not know the word sub-straight
