Got this faxed to me from the tech dept concerning the mositure tests I just posted about ie "Calcium Chloride Tests You Do Not Want To See" thread where one hit 15+ ilbs.

BOSTIK ADHESIVE BOND WARRANTY Bostik Hardwood Products warrants that Bostik's Hardwood Adhesives*1 will bond all engineered, solid, or acrylic impregnated hardwood flooring, designed and recommended in writing by the wood flooring manufacturer for glue-down, to all substrates common to hardwood flooring for a period equal to the wood flooring manufacturer's product warranty.
MOISTURE WARRANTY Bostik Hardwood Products warrants that Bostik's Hardwood Adhesives*1, when used in conjunction with a Bostik Hardwood Products Approved Surface Preparation Membrane*2, will bond and will protect all engineered, solid, or acrylic impregnated hardwood flooring, designed and recommended in writing by the wood flooring manufacturer for glue-down, against moisture damage through the sub-floor for a period equal to the wood flooring manufacturer's product warranty. These warranties are contingent upon the following:
The evaluation of a potential claim by a Bostik, Inc. representative in advance of any replacement work, submittal of wood flooring manufacturer's product warranty, and a copy of the original materials and installation invoice(s). Any repairs conducted prior to evaluation will void all warranties. The adhesive must be used in accordance with Bostik Hardwood Products most recent published literature. The wood flooring must be installed in accordance with the wood flooring manufacturer's most recent published literature pertaining to glue down installations, including but not limited to, wood flooring acclimation, expansion space, jobsite temperature, relative humidity and air flow requirements. The installation must be maintained in accordance with the wood flooring manufacturer's recommendations including, but not limited to, temperature, relative humidity, and proper maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage due to flooding, hydrostatic head, puddling, improper maintenance, low/excessive relative humidity and/or temperature, or any issues not related to excessive moisture proven to be coming through the membrane. This warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Bostik Hardwood Products will repair or replace the affected flooring one time only. *1 The following Bostik Hardwood Products Adhesives are covered with this warranty: Bostik's BEST™ Bostik TKO™ BST Urethane™ EFA™ (Do not use EFA with solid hardwood flooring) *2 The following Bostik Hardwood Products Approved Surface Preparation Membrane is covered with this warranty, when applied according to the most recent published literature: MVP4 ® In the event of a valid claim under this warranty, Bostik Hardwood Products will pay to repair or replace on a square foot basis the portion(s) of the installation that is proven to be defective. This payment is to include all reasonable materials and labor only. Bostik Hardwood Products is not responsible for workmanship not in accordance with Bostik Hardwood Products most recent published literature, defects in the wood flooring, abuse, misuse, or losses due to delays or any other consequential damages. Open the pdf > right click on mouse > click select all Right click again > click copy > Post reply > right click paste ..

Thanks Nick but I don't get prompted to select all. Funny thing is that I was not able to find this warranty on their site, Maybe I did not dig enough.

Try edit at the top of page .. Should be there , or when you right click on mouse on the document Copy should be there .. Just copy and paste .. If neither appear the have copyright protection software on their site ..
