					Love the new carpet we just put into our home bedrooms! I wasn’t sure what exactly we wanted (or needed), but with the suggestions and knowledge from Sarah, Kara, and Deb I am thrilled that we chose a nylon carpet for the bed rooms. 					About 4 years ago, we used Preferred Flooring to install luxury vinyl floors and carpeting throughout our new build home. In addition, they did all of tile work in the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms.  Tricia and Pat helped us work through all of the product details and color schemes to get the best possible result.  Romero did all of the tile work and did a fabulous job!  I have received compliments on his work from other people in the business.  Recently, there was a minor issue and when I contacted Tricia, she was more than willing to send someone out. Scott came out on a Saturday, his day off,  and took care of it.  Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everyone that works at Preferred Flooring and their dedication to standing behind their products and workmanship.

They both came out to measure our third floor for carpeting and they were spot on...not a lot of extra carpeting and the carpet installers were professional and they cleaned up after the job was done.  I would definitely recommend preferred flooring....they know what they are doing and they get the  job done right!!
