The traditional appointment with the world’s media and journalists at Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings, will be held on the first day of the show, Monday 24 September.

The Ceramics of Italy International Press Conference, organised in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency ITA will be held at 6:30 pm in Palazzo Re Enzo in the centre of Bologna.

In the second part of the International Press Conference, the 22nd Ceramics of Italy Journalism Award will be presented to the author of the best article on Cersaie and the Italian ceramic industry published in a foreign magazine, while a further three honourable mentions will be awarded to international magazines.

The programme will continue with the Cersaie Evening, an invitation-only event reserved for exhibitors at Cersaie, their guests and local and international institutions. The evening will host the presentation of the Confindustria Ceramica Distributor Awards to four distributors (this year from France, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy) who have excelled in their dealings with the Italian ceramic industry.

Media professionals can pre-register in the Press section on the homepage of the website www.cersaie.it. A shuttle service running from the exhibition centre to the Bologna city centre will depart from Piazza Costituzione at 5:50 pm to make it easy for participants to attend the event.
