Mr. Chitty has a degree in ceramic engineering from Clemson University, one of the leading Ceramic Engineering Universities in the United States. His job was to test tiles and installation materials for compliance with ASTM and ANSI Standards of Manufacturing and Installation. He knows the manufacturing percularities of ceramic tiles and installation methods and materials because he had to test and punish them until they failed. This class is for anyone interested in increasing their sales in Ceramic Tile by learning the basics and then learning how to recognize any complaint issue your customer may have and how to resolve it. But is that all? No! Immediately afterward, Bruce Newbrough, the technical guru from Ardex will teach a class on substrates and issues facing retailers and installers in todays complex world of flooring installation. His presentation will not be limited to ceramic tile but will be a wonderful give and take of questions and case studies. Bring your questions, bring your problems, we will get you answers!
