Rainbow Custom Flooring is a family owned and operated business ran by Tony and Kelly Scruggs.  While the roots of the company started in 1985, Tony, along with his wife Kelly made the decision to take the company to the next level and solely focus on the multi-family industry.  In 1993, influenced by several property managers, Tony and Kelly decided to add carpet sales and installation to their company.  Since that time Rainbow Custom Flooring has become a leading sub-contractor to the largest names in the multi-family industry.  Specializing in property management, new construction and renovation, Rainbow Custom Floors has built a reputation for quality installation, competitive pricing and unsurpassed service.

Rainbow Custom Floors has two locations to service your flooring needs, we are located in Charleston, and Myrtle Beach.  The Charleston location specializes in the multi-family industry, offering professional steam cleaning, water removal and flooring sales and installation, while the Myrtle Beach location specializes in the custom home builder business.  We currently do not offer our professional cleaning service in the Myrtle Beach location, but we will in the near future.
