When Alex came to look at my floors they provided a little history on how my home was built - which was so helpful in deciding how large this project would be! I decided to have new floors installed on half the house, and refinishing my old floors on the other half. Alex was able to source the hard-to-find planks I needed, showed up when he said he would, kept me appraised of the project along the way and finished on time! “Alex and Joshua are great. They were informative, and knowledgeable about the processes. Communicated very well with emails and text. They added wood floors to existing wood floors for our remodel.Then brought samples of stain and sanded a spot on the floor and put the 4 different colors we were interested down. They were very flexible with the scheduling as we had several construction delays, they installed in 2 days, then came back 3 weeks later and finished the floors. They also fixed a section of flor that was found on the final days of construction.
