THE PROCESS
CONSULTATION
Initial discussion and interpretation of your job; we will assist you technically and suggest ways to develop all your design possibilities.
Samples and proposals will follow, directly from Italy.
ORDERS AND MANUFACTURING
When placing an order, we will review it with you and after the approval, we will proceed sending the information directly to the manufacturers that will produce your order.
We will follow up and keep you updated during the production until your material is ready to be packaged, loaded and shipped.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
As part of our service, we will take care of the entire logistics process from picking up your material from the factory to delivering to you at your location of choice.
With the support of our logistic partners, we will handle all of the paperwork and logistic procedures, custom clearance, fees and taxes.
